Wondering what exercises i can do with them

Have used them only once, the weather has been crap, wet and windy. I liked the way they stayed in position.

They can be used for target areas .. offline.. or to indicate maximum arc.
Also great for teaching the affect of subtle changes in line. I could go on .. endless. I love that they fit in bowls bag easily
